The systems we get called in for have usually outgrown themselves, and they are not allowed to stop running while they are replaced.
That constraint shapes everything about how we work. We map dependencies before we move anything, phase the work so each step stands on its own, and test the rollback before the cutover. Security documentation is written while the work happens, so a review board reads contemporaneous evidence.
We are engineers, not a reseller. There is no vendor margin steering the recommendation, and no account manager between you and the person doing the work.

Our Direction
To leave organizations with technology they can rely on and staff who understand it: root causes fixed, the result documented, the keys handed over.
To be the firm program leaders call while a decision is still open, and to be trusted because the advice has held up.

Driven by Values
Guided by Responsibility
No jargon used to inflate a scope, and no surprise line items. If a project is smaller than you expected, we say that.
We take no reseller margin and no vendor commission. Sometimes the platform that fits is the one you are already paying for.
The engineer in the scoping call is the engineer on the work. Nothing gets sold by one team and handed to another.
Every engagement ends with documentation and a walkthrough. If we have done it right, you need us less next year.
Every engagement
Scope
A working session with the people who use the systems day to day. We map what exists, what hurts, and which constraints are fixed: budget, compliance, and the dates that cannot move.
Assess
A written assessment: current state, risks ranked by what an attacker or an outage would reach first, recommended changes, and what each one costs. You keep the document either way.
Build
We execute in phases with a working checkpoint at the end of each one. Nothing gets cut over until there is a tested rollback, and your team is in the room while it happens.
Hand over
Documentation, runbooks, and a session with the people who will own the system. You should be able to run the environment without calling us.
